 Science & Technology Innovation

    The Engineering Contractor Group has been implementing the development strategy of "the Group's Development Dependent on the Innovation of Science and Technology". It has adopted a cooperation and development mode, involving enterprises, research institutions and institutions of high learning, to cooperate with South China University of Technology, Guangzhou University, research institutions and enterprises.

    The gas collecting, processing and use of technical standards on household refuse landfill (CJJ 133-2009/Filling No. J959- 2009) is compiled by Engineering Contractor Group, and the specification of the use of light partition boards in construction (GB/T 23451-2009) is drafted by Engineering Contractor Group. Green buildings, energy conservation and environmental protection are the main subjects studied and applied by the Technology Center of Engineering Contractor Group.


   The Engineering Contractor Group is the first enterprise to adopt multiple energy-saving technologies, such as solar lighting (energy-saving lights, which don't need power source) in its meeting room.

The Guangzhou Fangjian Mansion, invested and built by Engineering Contractor Group, adopts more than 20 latest green architecture energy-saving technologies and has won the National Three-star Green Building Model Project.
